The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor, The Coordinator Of The Balancing Group, Which Will Supply A Net Active Energy Of Low Voltage For Low Voltage Objects For The Needs Of Tervel Municipality, Dobrich District. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity For The Duration Of The Contract Of 12 (Twelve) Months Is Approximately 1300 Mwh (One Thousand And Three Hundred Megawatts). The Amount Of Electricity Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On The Specific Needs And Financial Security Of The Budget Support Units, Which Are Sites For Which Electricity Is Delivered In The Subject Of The Contract. The Specified Quantities In The Documentation Are Estimated For The Term Of The Contract (12 -Twenty Months) And Are Determined On The Basis Of A Report Of Electricity Consumed By The Contracting Authority For A Previous Public Procurement Period Of 12 (Twentiese) Months, With The Contracting Authority Does Not Undertake To Use Them And Do Not Limit Them. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Statutory Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. They Will Be Paid By The Contracting Authority. In Connection With The Above, The Contractor Will Be Concluded For Combination Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Ptee (Rules For Trade In Electricity).
