The Contractor Should Audit The Financial Statements Of Southwestern State Enterprise Dp As Of December 31, 2025. The Activity Subject To The Contract Must Be Carried Out In Accordance And In Compliance With The Requirements Of The National Accounting Standards, The Independent Financial Audit Act And The International Audit Standards. The Formation And Expression Of The Independent Audit Opinion Should Be Held In Accordance With The National Accounting Standards (International Audit Standards), As Well As To Express An Opinion On The Compliance Of The Financial Information Provided In The Annual Activity Report And The Annual Financial Report As Of December 31, 2025 Of The Enterprise. Following The Independent Financial Audit, The Conclusions Are Reflected In An Audit Report. The Audit Report Must Contain A Clear Opinion On The Audited Financial Statement As A Whole. The Mandatory Elements Of The Content Of The Audit Report Are Determined In International Audit Standards. In The Audit Report, The Contractor Also Obliges An Opinion On The Conformity Between The Annual Activity Report And The Annual Financial Report For The Same Reporting Period.
