Tenders are invited for For Supply of Non Medicine Consumables, Dental, Laboratory and Other Diagnostic Items, Stationery, Printing and Office Equipment under Framework Agreement Closing Date: 18th July, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢50.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: FOR SUPPLY OF NON MEDICINE CONSUMABLES, DENTAL, LABORATORY AND OTHER DIAGNOSTIC ITEMS, STATIONERY, PRINTING AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT Additional Information: The hospital management and Entity Tender Committee intend to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the supply of Non -Medicine Consumables, Dental items, Laboratory & Other Diagnostic items, Stationery, Printing and Office Equipment in support of quality healthcare delivery to our clients under framework agreement. 1. Your company/enterprise is hereby invited to participate in the tendering process by applying to the Director of Administration, KATH for a set of tender document for non- medicine consumables, dental items, laboratory & other diagnostics items at a non-refundable fee of GH¢ 50.00 per lot. 2. This invitation is open to Ghanaian registered firms whose object clause permits them to supply the items being tendered for. The items include the following: MEDICAL EXPENDABLES LABORATORY REAGENTS & OTHER DIAGNOSTICS ITEMS DENTAL ITEMS CLOTHING AND LINEN ITEMS CLEANING ITEMS STATIONERY & PRINTING ITEMS OFFICE EQUIPMENT 3. Interested tenderers are advised to inspect copies of the tender document at the Procurement Unit, KATH from 8:00 am to 4:00pm before they purchase. 4. Tenderers are to submit their tenders at the Office of the Director of Administration, KATH. 5. The closing date for submission of tender is Friday, 18th July, 2025. The closing time for submission of tenders is 10:00am prompt. Late tenders will be rejected. 6.
