Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for Undertaking a Comprehensive Review of TCUs Operational Performance (Business Process Review). Reference No.: PA/073/WB-HEET-P-166415/490903/2024-25/CS/01 The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania through the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST) has obtakied loan from the World Bank to cover the costs for implementation of the Higher Education for Economic Transformation (MEET) Prefect and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for Provision of Consultancy Services. The consulting services (the Services) include carrying out a Comprehensive Review of TCUs Operational Performance. The total duration for the entire assignment shall be six (06) calendar months. The estimated level of effort is one hundred and eighty (180) person days.
