Expression of Interest for Supply of Indoor Plants and Provision of Ancillary Services to the European Environment Agency The European Environment Agency (EEA) wishes to enter a framework contract with an economic operator who may supply indoor plants for the Agencys premises, and provide ancillary services including watering, replanting and/or replacing the plants in the premises of the EEA.The EEA headquarters are located at Kongens Nytorv 6 and 8, 1050 Copenhagen K, and consists of two buildings of a total area of approximately 10,000.00 m². The most part of the building are divided into office spaces, a reception area and 20 meeting rooms, including a large conference room and an auditorium. The common areas, such as the reception, open shared offices and the canteen dining room, are ornamented with indoor plants. The EEA organises many meetings, events, workshops in its premises where ornamental flowers, plants and trees are occasionally requested. The EEA requires therefore the provision of plant services, including watering, replanting, replacing, etc. for its premises. The plants offered shall be, to the extent possible, locally grown. The services shall be provided at the EEA premises. On an exceptional basis, provision of ornamental flowers may be requested for meetings taking place outside the EEA premises.
