Tenders are invited for Constructing a 3-Classroom Building at Phum Thmey Primary School in Kaoh Nheak District Under the financial support from Hwaseong Welfare Foundation, Good Neighbors Cambodia is constructing a 3-classroom building at Phum Thmey Primary School in Kaoh Nheak district. This project is to build the safe learning environment for the students in provinces around Cambodia. Project Purpose Good Neighbors Cambodia are working towards improving the rights of the child, including the right to education. This project aims to improve access to education and promote the rights to learn for children in the Koh Nheak district by addressing classroom shortages and enhancing the overall learning environment.. Scope of Work Tasks Included The general task of the project is for the employee to construct a new school building including: · Construct 1 normal school building consisting of 3 rooms (216m2 [24m*9m]) following the provided Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and referring to design drawings · Develop design drawing of 3 rooms classroom · Develop a detailed workplan (Gantt Chart) of the construction project and share with employer before project initiation · Submit the weekly progress report to GNC Tasks Excluded Other project related tasks that are not the responsibility of the employee including: · Ensuring sufficient voltage level (32 ampere) and electricity cable access to construction site · Installation of furniture, computers, and other interior not included in the provided BoQ Tender Link : https://www.bongthom.com/job_list.html?category_id=55&order_by=start_date&order_dir=desc
