Call Center - Providing A Call Center Service To The Labor Inspectorate. The Labor Inspectorate Wishes To Obtain A Complete Solution For A Call Center During The Period 01.01.2026-31.12.2029, Which Allows For Service And Outgoing Calls, Send Out Sms Notifications Or To Carry Out Clients Mass Information Through Sms. The Structure Of The Call Center Is Theme -Based, Ie There Is A Separate Service Number For Each Topic - The Information Line. The Calls Arrived At The Service Number Will Be Directed To The Order Of The Corresponding Information Line. Each Order Is Served By A Different Group Of Agents And Agents May Be In Different Groups At The Same Time. The Agents Of The Call Center Are Placed All Over Estonia. Customer Service Is Shifted, So Several Agents Are Used In One Call Center Job According To The Schedule. The Call Center Of The Labor Inspectorate Operates Mon-Fri 9 Am-3 Pm.
