The Subject Of The Order Are Inspections Of Industrial Control And Automation Systems At Kpmg Mogilno (Dolne Palędzie, 88-300 Mogilno), Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1. Service Activities, Which Include: 1.1 Basic Works In The Scope Of The Following Planned Activities Related To Planning And Preventive Operation: • Periodic Inspections (Preventive Maintenance), • Control And Assessment Of The Technical Condition, • Technical Support, • Exchange Of Consumables As Part Of Review Works, • As -Built Documentation (Receipt Documentation). 1.2 Additional Works - Optional Activities In The Scope Of Unplanned Intervention Activities: • Repairs, • Removal Of Failures, • Replacement And Building Of Materials And Parts. 2 Deliveries Of Products - These Are Specified Supplies Of Products (Materials / Parts / Components / Equipment) For Built -Up Devices And Installations Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, Including: 2.1 Purchase And Delivery Of The Product, 2.2 Packaging And Product Security, 2.3 Transport Service For The Location Of The Ordering Party, 2.4 Transfer Of The Required Product Documentation To Be Allowed To Be Allowed. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Options In Accordance With The Following Principles: 1 Service Activities Covering Additional Works Referred To In Point 1.2 And The Delivery Of The Products Referred To In Point 2 Covered By The Right Of The Option To The Contracting Authority, Whose Implementation Depends On The Circumstances And Constitutes The Entitlement Of The Ordering Party. 2 The Option Of The Option Consists In Indicating By The Employer To Indicate An Additional Scope Of Services Or Supplies, In A Written Declaration Of Intent (Order) Issued By The Employer. 3 The Contractor, After Receiving The Order From The Employer, Will Be Obliged To Provide Services Or Delivery Covered By The Options During The Period Of The Contract, Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract, The Template Of Which Is Annex 13 To Swz. 4 The Condition For Launching The Right Of The Option Is The Submission Of An Order Referred To In Point 2 And In Point 5.2 Of Swz, To The Extent Specified In Point 1; Such An Order May Be Placed Once Or Repeatedly, At Any Time Of The Contract. 5 Exercising The Right Of The Option Does Not Constitute A Change Of The Contract. 6 The Exercise Of The Right Of The Options Is The Entitlement Of The Ordering Party And Does Not Constitute An Obligation To Order Services Or Supplies Covered By The Right Options, And Does Not Constitute Grounds For Claiming Damages By The Contractor For Not Realizing This Part Of The Contract, Including Claims For Lost Benefits. 7 Failure To Submit By The Employer A Declaration Of Exercising The Right Of Options Means The Resignation Of The Employer From Activities Or Supplies Constituting The Right Of Options.
