The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Provide Supervisory And Daily Management Of The Operation Of The Electrical And Mechanical Equipment And Installations Of The Building Of Maa Sa. On Louisis Riankour Street 78A, Pc 11524 Athens And Their Regular, Preventive And Repair Maintenance. The Concept Of The Daily Operation Of The Electrical And Mechanical Equipment And Installations Of The Building Include Small -Scale Problems Of Electromechanical Equipment, Hydraulic Installations, Mechanisms And Building Elements Of The Building That Do Not Exceed The Capabilities Of A Specialized Technician. The Services Provided Shall Be Classified As The Following Code Of The Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 50710000-5 (Electromechanical Installations Of Building Electromechanical Installations). The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To The Amount Of Two Hundred Sixty -Six Thousand Four Hundred Euros (266,400,00 €) Without Vat And Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Thirty -Six Euros (330,336,00 €) Including Vat Of 24%, With The Right Of An Estimated Amount Of € 88,00.
