1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Replacement Of Water Supply Installations In The Building Of Primary School No. 1 In Dzierżoniów, As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Replacement Of Water Installations And Hot Water Installations In Sp 1. 1.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Referred To Above Has Been Specified In The Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bill Of Quantities, And In Particular Includes: 1) Disassembly Of Steel Pipelines; 2) Disassembly And Re -Assembly Of Sections Of Steel Pipes Of The Central Heating Installations. On Welded Connections For The Purposes Of The Installation Of Water Supply Installations; 3) Dismantling Of The Suspended Ceiling Of The Coffered Coffered; 4) Dismantling And Re -Assembly Of Support Structures Of Pipelines For The Needs Of The Installation Of Water Supply Installations; 5) Installation Of Galvanized Steel Pipes With Threaded Connections With Thermal Insulation; 6) Installation Of Pp Pipes With Thermal Insulation; 7) Valve Assembly; 8) Execution Of Construction Works Such As: Puncture, Wallfilling, Plaster Complement, Painting, Fire -Fighting Transitions; 9) Installation Of The Suspended Ceiling Of The Coffered Coffered Cassette. 1.3. Construction Works Should Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Following Rules: 1) Compliance With Applicable Environmental Provisions At The Construction Stage; 2) Presenting Cards, Declarations Certificates Confirming The Origin, Quality, Safety Of The Materials And Devices Used; 3) Conducting Waste Segregation; 4) Ordering The Construction Site After Completing Construction Works; 5) Removal Of The Collected Works In The Manner With The Provisions Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste; 6) Conducting Activities Effectively Preventing Noise, Dust And Pollution Emissions; 7) Conducting Works In The Daytime; 8) Organizing, Maintaining And Demolition Of The Construction Site; 9) Security And Protection Of The Construction Site. 1.4. Construction Works Can Be Carried Out From 7:00. It Is Allowed To Work On Saturdays After Prior Warning About This Fact Of The School Head. 1.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Art Of Construction, Recommendations Of Investor Supervision And Ww Documentation. 1.7.
