The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Demolition Of The Roof Truss2) Demolition Of The Walls To The Level Of The Ceiling Above The Ground Floor3) Making A Wreath Above The Ground Floor With Peak Walls4) Making A Roof Truss With Roofing 5) Making Floors On The Entire Surface Of The Ground Floor6) Making Windows And Door Holes 7) Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery8) Execution Of The Partition Walls? External Terrace11) Execution Of Sanitary Facilities12) Execution Of Water-Sewage Installations, Central Heating, Solar And Electrical13) Execution Of Parking Spaces14) Insulation Of The Building3. The Project Implements The Principle Of Universal Design, Which Will Ensure The Availability Of The Object As A Wide Range Of Users. The Assumption Of The Project Is That The Building And The Space Around The Building Should Be Available To Everyone On Equal Rights And The Design Solutions Used Took Into Account The Needs Of All Users, Also Available To Everyone With Reduced Efficiency, I.E. Access To The Building From The Level Of The Adjacent Area, Adaptation Toilet For Disabled People, Parking Space For The Disabled. 4. The Bill Of Quantities Is Auxiliary. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Amount Of Works With The Design Documentation. Due To The Fact That The Work Contract Will Be A Flat -Rate Agreement In The Event Of A Greater Amount Of Works In Any Item During The Works, This May Not Be Considered Additional Works With An Additional Remuneration. Any Lack Of Some Works Necessary For The Execution Of Works Based On The Project Documentation (Including In The Executive Project) Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of The Project At The Contractual Price.
