Requirements For Contractors: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Special Protection Of The Museum Object Against Destruction Or Damage, Therefore, Should Adapt The Methods Of Conducting Work To Prevent Risks Related To It. 2) Technology, Tempo, Schedule And Manner Of Performing The Work Must Take Into Account Their Implementation In The Facility Covered By Conservation Protection. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Enable Access To The Contracting Authority To The Place Of Work And Carrying Out The Work Place Control. In Particular Related To Noise And Dust. The Subject Of The Contract And Its Parameters, Technology And Implementation Method Are Described In The Design And Technical Documentation (Part Iii Of Swz). The Values And Cost Estimates Are Only Auxiliary Documents. They Do Not Describe The Size And Number Of Individual Elements, Types Of Works And Do Not Constitute The Basis For The Valuation Of The Order.
