Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Sanitary Transport Services With A Specialist Team.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Provision Of Sanitary Transport Services With A Specialist Team - 24 Hours A Day (Available 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, At The Call Of The Ordering Party). Sanitary Sanitary Ambulance With A S -Emergency Ambulance With A Specialist Medical Rescue Team Within The Meaning Of Art. 36 Para. 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of September 8, 2006 On State Emergency Medical Services (Journal Of Laws 2025, Item 91, As Amended). The Contracting Authority Requires That The Specialist Team Includes At Least: Three Persons Authorized To Perform Medical Rescue Activities, Including A System Doctor And A System Nurse Or A Paramedic. Team Members Must Have Rights Required By Law. In The Event That None Of The Team Members Meet The Conditions Referred To In Art. 106 Para. 1 Of The Act Of 5 January 2011 On Vehicle Drivers (Journal Of Laws 2024 Item 1610, As Amended), The Team Includes The Driver. The Person Driving The Vehicle Must Have Appropriate, Current Rights. The Estimated Number Of Kilometers Over A Period Of 12 Months Is About 3,500 Km. The Expected Amount Of Work Of A Specialist Team In A Period Of 12 Months Is About 100 Hours. The Time In Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Reach The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party In The Case Of Urgent Transport May Not Exceed 2 Hours From The Time Of Telephone Notification. In The Case Of Planned Transports, The Contractor Is Obliged To Reach The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Time Set By Phone No Later Than Within 24 Hours Of The Notification. The Landlord Does Not Impose The Contractor With A Stopping Of Ambulance/Vehicles While Waiting For The Call. The Place Of Start And Termination Of Kilometers And The Teams Working Hours Is The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party. The Service Does Not Include Access To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party And Does Not Include A Return To The Headquarters Of The Contractor Or The Place Of Waiting For Vehicles After The Implementation Of The Service Commissioned By The Contracting Authority.
