1. The Subject Of The Contract Is:- Delivery / Purchase Of An It System And Its Adaptation To The Needs Of The Ordering Party;- Design, Implementation And Implementation Of The Internet Portal To Present Online Collections Along With The Creation Of A Unique Website Template To Provide Digital Resources, Graphic Design And Functional Website And Its Implementation;- Installation And Launch Of The System And Portal For Use In The Order It Provided By The Ordering Party;- Implementation Of The System And Portal, Tests And Power Supply (Migrations) Along With The Migration Of Data From The Currently Used Musnet System, As Well As Multimedia From The Repository Of The Contracting Authority And Gathered In The Musnet System;- Granting Non-Exclusive, Territorially Unlimited, Indefinite License For The Contracting Authority (Without Limiting The Number Of Users) The Implemented System And For All Its Updates Installed During The Contract For The Contract, Including The Provision Of A License By Third Parties, If The Contractors Implementation By The Contractor To Achieve The Purpose Of The Order, Will Require It;- System And Portal Guarantee Provision, Necessary Changes, System Maintenance, Quality Of Support And On The Expansion Of The System, In The Period Of At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Implemented System.
