The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works: Renovation Of The Corridor On The First Floor Of The C-2 And C-3 Building And Renovation Of The C-105, C-106, C-146 Rooms In The C-2 Building At 81-87 Morska St. In Gdynia The Above-Mentioned Building Is Part Of Object I. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Building Permit Preceded By A Decision Of The Pomeranian Voivodship Conservator Of Monuments Authorizing Construction Works And Conservation Works In A Historic Building. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Order At The Construction Site During Renovation Works. The Order Of The Contract Will Include: 1. Demolition Works, 2. Reflection Of Loose Plasters, 3. Floor Works, 4. Laying The Pvc Floor Covering With Skirting Boards, 5. Performing New Plasters And Strokes On Walls And Ceilings, 6. Performing Painting Works On Walls And Ceilings, 7. Disassembly Of The Door Joinery, 8. Installation Of A New Door Joinery With Complement To Plastering And Plastering, 9. Execution Of An Electrical Installation In The Scope Of: Making New Circuits Supplying 230V/16A Sockets In The Corridor, Dismantling Of Two Steel Switchgears (Recess), Expansion Of Existing Bunk Boards From Which The Sockets In The Corridor Will Be Powered, In The Room C-106 Replacement Of Only Lighting Fittings, 10. Execution Of Other Construction Works Not Listed But Indicated In The Project Documentation And A Pre -City Of Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract; The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works Being The Subject Of The Contract On The Basis Of: 1.
