1) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Attachments To Swz: A) Annex 1 - Executive Design Of The Modernization (Interior Design Together With A Multi -Branch Design Design) 9 Bathrooms Located In The National Theater Building Located At Plac Teatralny 3 In Warsaw - Architecture: Bathroom 3.4; Bathroom 4.4; Bathroom 5.4; Bathroom 6.5; Bathroom 6.5; Bathroom 6.5; Electrical Installations , B) Annex 2- Premier-Construction Industry; Premier-Water And Sewage And Sanitary Installation Works; Bill Of Quantities-Works In The Field Of Electrical Installations , C) Annex 3-Decision Of The Mazowieckie Voivodship Conservator Of Monuments No. 5142.16.2025. Md Of 15 April 2025) Due To The Specificity Of The Subject The Contracting Authority Requires The Submission Of An Offer After The Contractor Has Completed A Local Vision In Order To Familiarize Himself With The Scope Of The Work. 3) Taking A Local Vision By Each Contractor Who Will Submit Its Offer Is A Mandatory Condition For Participation In The Procedure. The Contractors Offer, Which Will Not Take Place, Will Be Rejected - In Accordance With Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 18 Of Pzp.4) The Term Local Vision Requires Notification And Agreement With The Employer. Contractors Who Want To Take Part In A Local Vision Are Obliged To Send A Notification In This Matter Using An Electronic Means Of Communication, Indicated In Point 10.1.1 Swz.5) Note: The Taking Of An Obligatory Local Vision Referred To In Point 3.2 - 3.4 Swz Does Not Apply To Contractors Who Made Such A Vision As Part Of Proceedings No. 7/2025 - Advertisement No. 2025/Bzp 00237155/01 Of 2025-05-19.6) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Grant The Contracting Authority A Quality Guarantee-The Contracting Authority Requires That The Warranty Period Be From 24 Months To A Maximum Of 48 Months. 7) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Contract Is One Purchasing Category And Because Of The Subject Identity In No Way Makes It Difficult For Small And Medium -Sized Entrepreneurs To Submit An Offer. In Addition, The Division Of The Order Into Parts Would Be Associated With Excessive Technical Difficulties, I.E. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Carrying Out Individual Parts Of The Order And Could Threaten Its Proper Performance.
