Parkowa, Registration Plot No. 25/6, Precinct 0040, Together With The Interference Of The Designed Communication Systems Into The Road Lane Of Parkowa Street, Part Of Plots No. 25/9 And 27/1, With All Studies And Arrangements Necessary To Implement The Investment And Obtaining On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority A Decision On The Building Permit (Hereinafter: Construction Permit) As Well As With Original Supervision (Opposite). 2. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: 1) Design And Cost Documentation For The Purposes Of The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Municipal Culture Center Amphitheater In Radom At Ul. Parkowa Together With Land Development, 2) Authors Supervision Service (With Options), Based On The Documentation, Over The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Until The Date Of The Contracting Authority Obtained A Final Decision On The Permit To Use The Construction Of The Built Complex Of Facilities, In Accordance With The Contract And Opz3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 6 To Swz.
