The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment, Consisting In The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works, Thermomodernization And Modernization Of 9 Municipal Buildings In The Commune Of Zgierz As Part Of The Project Entitled: Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of Municipal Buildings In The Commune Of Zgierz, Co-Financed As Part Of The Feld.02.02 Energy Efficiency- Metropolitan ”, Under The Regional Program, European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027.1. The Contractor Has The Requirements Specified In Energy Audits, In The Scope Of Buildings Covered By These Proceedings. 2. The Contractor Has The Requirements Specified In Construction Projects Together With The Building Permit Decision, Covering The Buildings To Which These Proceedings Relate To This Proceeding, Subject To The Provisions Of This Opz.3. The Contractor Has The Requirements Specified In The Opinion Of The Łódź Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Issued For Facilities That Are Subject To Individual Conservation Protection. 4. The Contractor Has The Requirements Specified In Ornithological And Chiropterological Expertise Issued For Residential Buildings Covered By These Proceedings And Decisions Issued By The Regional Director For Environmental Protection. This Means, Among Others, That The Contractor Should Be Employed By A Natural Expert Under Which Work Will Be Carried Out During The Breeding Season And Compensation Actions Indicated In The Documents In Question Will Be Carried Out.
