The Subject Of This Agreement Is The Performance Of A Construction Work For The Employer In Accordance With The Public Procurement Documentation No. Zp.271.2. 2025 (Constituting An Attachment To This Contract) And In Connection With The Implementation Of The Investment Task Of The Dmosin Commune Entitled: Thermomodernization Of The Primary School In Kołacin Along With The Exchange Of A Heat Source, As Well As The Implementation Of Obligations Related To The Need To Ensure The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Principles Of Non -Exercising Significant Damage (Dnsh) Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020 Regarding The Establishment Of A Framework Facilitating Sustainable Investments, Amending Regulation (Eu) 2019/2088 (Journal Of Laws Of The Eu L 2020, No. 198, P. 13). The Scope Of The Task Includes, In Particular: 1) Insulation Of Vertical And Horizontal Partitions; 2) Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery; 3) Installation Of Solar Panels With Energy Warehouse; 4) Replacement Of The Basic Lighting Installation; 5) Replacement Of The Emergency Lighting Installation; 6) Replacement Of The Heat Pump Supply System Installation, 7) Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System; 8) Modernization Of The Internal Central Heating Installation And Hot Water And Replacement Of A Heat Source From An Oil Boiler With A Heat Pump And Adaptation Of Regulatory And Pumping Systems To The New Source; 9) Renovation Works Inside The Building And External Renovation Works; 10) Preparing Pre-Root Audit And A List Of Waste That May Arise During The Implementation Of Works Necessary To Prepare The As-Built Report Referred To In Point 11); 9) 11) Preparing A As -Built Report Containing Information On The Implementation Of Works Taking Into Account The Principles Of Dnsh ..
