1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Parking Lot With An Access Road And A Ramp At The Municipal Hospital Located At Ul. Słoneczna 3 In Rabka - Zdrój On Journal Of Laws No. 679/2, 679/1, 679/3, 679/4, 4203/4, 4203/3, 4203/2, 4203/5 Divided Into Stages, I.E. :::) Stage 1 From Ul. Słoneczna, B) Stage 2 From Ul. Poniatowski, C) Stage 3 Parking, Individual Stages Were Listed On The Map, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz. 2. The Order Does Not Include The Roofing Above The Ramp. 3. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Method Of Execution Of The Contract And The Contractors Obligations Include Annex 1 To This Swz, Which Contains Project Documentation. 4. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Works In Accordance With The Scope And Requirements Indicated In Swz, Project Documentation, With Applicable Regulations And Standards, The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge And The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, As Well As When Making Due Diligence. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In Swz, As Well As The Designed Contractual Provisions, Taking Into Account The Following Conditions Of The Task: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep Documentation Of The Course Of The Indicated Works And Activities, The Materials Used And Discoveries Made In A Manner Enabling Unambiguous Identification And Accurate Spatial Location. Ordering Party In The Scope Of Materials. 3) The Work Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law.4) Ensuring Deliveries, Storage, Security And Insurance Of Materials And Devices Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Works Covered By The Contract. The Works Carried Out, The Contractor Will Ensure The Removal Of Waste Resulting From The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. Possible Demolition Material Will Be Taken By The Contractor From The Construction Site At Its Expense. 7) The Contractor Will Obtain The Relevant Permission Of The Public Road Manager For Trucks And To Seize The Area (Road Lane), As Well As All Necessary Arrangements Needed For The Proper Performance Of Works, E.G.
