Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance And Operation Of Street Lighting Owned By The Gliwice Commune In Gliwice At 2025-2026

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Electrical Services And Works For The Purpose Of Maintenance And Operation Of Street Lighting And Backlight Elements Owned By The Gliwice Commune In The City Of Gliwice From The Date Of Expiry Of The Contract No. 01.10.2025 And Successively For 12 Months, But Not Longer Than Until The Use Of The Contractual Amount Referred To In § 6 Para. 1 Of The Contract Template. The Services Will Include, Among Others Painting Lighting Columns, Maintenance Of Lighting Wardrobes, Replacement Of Sources And Lighting Fittings, Repairing Damaged Power Cables And Maintaining The On-Line Lighting Failure Report. Construction Works Will Consist, For Example, In The Reconstruction Of A Damaged Pole Or Lighting Wardrobe Along With The Restoration Of The Area To Its Original State After Completing The Work. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Make A Lighting Network Inspection Every Two Weeks And Maintain A Technical Ambulance 24 Hours A Day, Including Non -Working Days And Holidays In Order To Immediately Perform Orders Related To The Threat To Human Life Or Threat To Property. A List Of Lighting Points Together With Technical Data Is Specified In Annex 7 And 8 To The Contract Template.
