The Subject Of The Contract Is To Organize And Conduct A Practical Part Of The Category B Driving Course For Students Of The School Complex Of The Agricultural Training Center In Kamień Mały. The Number Of People Directed To Undergo A Practical Part Of The Course: 5. The Appointment Informs That People Addressed To Undergo A Driving License Category B Have Current Examination Of A Doctor Confirming The Lack Of Contraindications To Undergoing The Above Course And A Realized Theoretical Part Of The Course. 1. The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Organize And Conduct The Above Course In The Dimension Of 30 Hours Of Practical Classes, With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Principles Of Contemporary Knowledge And Applicable Regulations, - Conducting A Course With Ensuring Availability Of Persons With Special Needs Specified In Art. 6 Para. 1 (Architectural Availability) And In Art. 6 Para. 2 And 3 (Digital And Information And Communication Availability) Of The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Availability Of Persons With Special Needs,- Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Conducting The Above-Mentioned Course By The Person Indicated By The Person Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form, Hereinafter Referred To As The Instructor,- Inform The Contracting Authority At Each Stage Of The Contract On The Instructor. Applicable Provisions Entitling To Take The State Exam,- Insure The Participants Of The Training During Its Duration From The Consequences Of The Unfortunate Accidents Arising In Connection With Training And On The Way To And From The Training Place. 2. Place Of Course Implementation: Classes At The Maneuvering Square Will Provide The Contractor On His Own. The Contracting Authority Requires Practical Classes - Driving Lessons In Municipal Traffic To Take Place In A Town Being The Seat Of The Examination Center, In Which The Course Participants Will Take The State Exam Dates And Hours Of Practical Classes Will Be Determined Individually With The Course Guardian. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Vehicles In Quantity And Technical Condition Ensuring Efficient Conduct Of Practical Classes (Driving Lessons). 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct A Course And Provide Housing Conditions, Maneuvering Square And Didactic Equipment, Instructors In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 24 November 2023 On The Examination Of Persons Applying For The Right To Drive Vehicles, Training, Examination And Obtaining Powers By Examiners And Templates Of Documents Used In These Cases (Journal Of Laws 2023 Item 2659). 5. The Service Contractor Will Appoint A Person Who Will Be Responsible For Ongoing Contact With The Employee Of The Ordering Party, As Well As For The Organization And Timely Implementation Of The Training. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect The Following Documentation Related To The Course Of The Course And Submitting To The Employer Within 7 Days After Completing The Subject Of The Contra
