1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Delivery And Installation Of 1 Stationary System System Recording Average Speed On A Specific Section Of The Leszno - Cybulice Małe Road (Dw579, Project Bom No. 54) .2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Part Iii Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Together With Annex No. 1 Of The Data Exchange Standard). 3. If The Occupation Of The Road Lane Affects Road Traffic Or Limits Road Visibility Or Causes The Need To Introduce Changes In The Existing Organization Of Vehicle Traffic Or Pedestrians To The Extent Not Provided In The Projects Made Available By The Contracting Authority Of The Temporary Traffic Organization, The Contractor Should Develop A Project Of Temporary Traffic Organization At Their Own Expense For Securing The Work In The Road Lane On The Time Of Performing Services In Accordance With The Ordinance Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 23 September 2003 In The Case Detailed Conditions Of Traffic Management On The Roads And Supervision Over This Management (Journal Of Laws 2003 No. 177, Item 1729). The Contractor Will Bear All Costs Related To The Introduction Of Traffic Organization. Depending On The Needs And Progress Of Services, The Traffic Organization Design Should Be Updated By The Contractor On A Regular Basis. The Draft Traffic Organization During The Performance Of Services Must Be Obtained By The Approval By The Managing Body Of The Movement (Department Of Real Estate And Infrastructure Of The Marshals Office Of The Mazowieckie Voivodeship). The Estimate Is Obliged To Perform A Permanent Traffic Organization. 4. In The Event Of An Indication In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions. 5. In The Case Of Referring In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy (Civil Liability) For Damages Caused During The Performance Of The Contract Regarding The Contract And Third Parties For The Entire Period Of The Contract And For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than The Amount Of Pln 1,000,000. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Copy Of The Current And Paid Policy Within 14 Days From The Date Of The Contract. Provided The Insurance, The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Presenting Several Policies In The Course Of The Contract Confirming The Possession Of Insurance (Civil Liability) Covering A Total Of The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer To The Contracting Authority A Copy Of Another Current And Paid Policy Within 7 Days Of The Expiry Date
