As Part Of The Order, Promotional Materials Are Provided With A Logo Identifying The Event: 3.1 A5 Notebooks - 25 Cards, Cover 4+0, Center 4+0, 20 Mm Wide Leashes, Double -Sided Identifiers In Pens, 2 -Big Folders With Elastic Band With A Reference Of Mat And Uv Varnish, A4 Leaflets Folded In Half ( 4 + 4 Colors), 2Xdl Personal Invitations Folded To Dl + Electronic Version And Envelopes Also Addressed By Name, Material Bags With Print, For Each Participant3.2 Poster B2 Up To 300 Pieces, 2 Rolls 1X 2 M4. The Contractor Will Prepare A Set Of Information About The Conference (Pack Announcing The Conference And The Press Pack With A Post -Conference Relationship) And A Set Of Graphic Information To Social Media Announcing And Reporting The Event 5. On The Side Of The Contractor There Is A Photo Service During The Event And Roller Skates From The Event 6. The Contractor Will Make A Website With The Form For Registration Of Conference Participants 7. The Order Should Be Provided With A Coffee Service. Opening Of The Conference, Dinner With Musical Setting, Breakfast And Lunch On The Day Of Departure. 8. The Place Of The Conference Cannot Be More Than 30 Km Away From Spzoz In Łęczna. The Distance Will Be Measured Using A Google Map. As Part Of The Conference, There Will Be A Visit (Presentation) Of The Senior Center In The Hospital In Łęczna. The Bus Is Available - Transport Of Participants To The Senior Center In Łęczna The Economic Equipment Provides Access To At Least One Hundred Beds - In Single And Double Rooms - At The Conference. Other Accommodation Should Be Located At Distances Allowing Access To The Conference Place Within A Maximum Of 30 Minutes. 9.
