The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Postal Services For The Poviat Eldership In Zgierz In Terms Of Receiving, Movement And Delivery Of Postal Parcels And Their Possible Phrases In Domestic And Foreign Trading As Well As Daily Receipt Of Postal Parcels From The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Act Of 23 November 2012 Postal Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366) Orders Assortment Form - Annex 5 To Swz. 2. The Quantities Of Letter/Postal Parcels Provided By The Ordering Party Indicated In The Assortment Form Are Estimated, They Have Been Adopted To Calculate The Price Of The Offer And Comparison Of Submitted Offers. The Employer Reserves The Right To Not Use The Indicated Quantities/Increase In The Number Of Letter/Postal Packages Specified In Swz. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Parcels/Packages Depending On The Current Needs5.
