Description Of The Subject Of The Contract 1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of Benefits In The Field Of Sanitary Transport Services: 1) Transporting A Specialist Ambulance With A Doctor, Lifeguard And Driver. 2) Transporting A Basic Ambulance With A Rescuer And Driver. 3) Transporting A Transport Ambulance With A Sanitary And Driver. Protection (Patients Of The Court Of Court Psychiatry Clinic) 5) Transport With A General Ambulance With The Participation Of A Paramedic/Sanitary And Driver As Well As 2 Security Workers (Patients Of The Clinic Of Forensic Psychiatry). 2. These Services Include Transport: 1) Patients Between Hospitals For Consultations And Diagnostic Tests, Transfer To Another Medical Entity, 2) Between The Hospital And The Place Of The Patient (From The Hospital, As Well As To The Hospital At The Request Of The Employer), 3) Biological Material For Tests Or Other Materials/Medical Devices, Medical Documentation.
