The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of A Stepped Grille With Retrofitting At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Nowy Dwór Gdański As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged During The Warranty Period For Free Service And Performing Warranty And Technical Inspections Of The Stepped Grille Together With Retrofitting In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Devices Operating Instructions. All Costs Related To The Service Of The Website (Including Travel, Costs Of Possible Accommodation, Labor) Will Be Covered By The Contractor, Except For The Costs Of Parts Undergoing Operational Consumption, Which Should Result From The Devices Manual. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Annex 10 To Swz. 4. The Contractor Should Take The Grounds For The Valuation On His Own So That The Scope Of Work Contained In The Valuation - Ensures The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Manner Specified In Swz.5. The Contractor, When Submitting The Offer, Undertakes To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Tender Documentation.
