1) The Order Includes The Supply Of A Used, Lightweight 4X2 Fire-Fighting Rescue And Fire-Fighting Car For The Volunteer Fire Brigade In Gorzyce.2) A Light Rescue And Fire-Fighting Car With 4X2 Drive, Which Is The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Taking Into Account The Requirements For Privileged Vehicles In Accordance With: A) Act Of 20 June 1997. On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502). Internal Affairs And Administration Of April 27, 2010.3) The Vehicle Must Be Currently Registered In Poland, 4) Must Have All The Necessary Documents Applicable By Law For Registration As A Special Vehicle. Orders Are Specified In:  Technical And Use Requirements Of The Vehicle-Annex 4 To Swz,  Designed Contract Provisions-Annex 5 To Swz.8) Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With: A) A Set Of Keys To The Vehicle, B) A Set Of All Warranty Documents Regarding The Vehicle (Including: Required Approval, Or The Manufacturers Statement On Compliance With Standards, Warranty Cards), Including The Instructions For Operating In) Polish For The Car Chassis, Fire Development And Installed Equipment And Equipment, Current Certificate Of Admission To Use In Fire Protection For The Vehicle, Documentation Necessary To Register The Vehicle As A Special Car, Resulting From The Road Traffic Law, C) Instructions For Equipment And Equipment Installed In The Vehicle, All In Polish. Registration Of The Vehicle By The Tarnów Staroste (Poviat Eldership In Tarnów), I.E.
