The Subject Of The Contract Is Comprehensive Sales And Ensuring The Provision Of Distribution / Transmission Services For Heat Energy (Heat) To The Branches Of The Nursery Complex Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Warsaw. 2. Common Dictionary Of Order (Cpv): 09300000-2 Electric, Heat, Solar And Nuclear Energy. 3. Data On The Employers (Heat Collection Point Number And Current Tariff Groups) Covered By The Order And The Forecast Demand For Heat Energy Can Be Found In Annex 6 (Opz - Price Calculation). 4. The Forecasted Demand For Thermal Energy Referred To By The Employer, Referred To In Point 3 Is Estimated And Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Contracting Authority To Buy Heat Energy In The Given Amount. Regardless Of The Amount Of Actual Heat Consumption, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Unit Prices Offered In The Price Calculation. In The Event Of A Discrepancy Between Planned And Actual Consumption, The Contractor Will Not Claim Additional Financial Demands On This Account Than Those Resulting From Actual Heat Consumption, And In Particular He Will Not Calculate Any Contractual Penalty Or Additional Fees In This Respect. 5. The Employer Informs That The Facilities Referred To In Point 3 Are Covered By A Comprehensive Sales And Distribution Of Heat Energy Concluded With Veolia Energia Warszawa S.A.6. The Contracting Authority Requires The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Heat Supply With Appropriate Quality Parameters2) In Accordance With The Quality Standards Of Recipient Service In Generally Applicable Law, In Particular In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of 15 January 2007 On The Detailed Conditions Of The Functioning Of Heating Systems (Journal Of Laws No. 16, Item 92).
