Sunday 09/01/2028 From Friday 08/12/2028 T.E.M. Sunday 07/01/2029 The Structure Of Kontich Skates Can Start From Wednesday, 10 Days Before The Opening, At 6 Am. Kontich Skates Should Be Able To Start On The Opening Day, Being The Friday Of The Edition In Question, At 4 Pm. The Demolition Can Start From The Monday After The Closure Of Kontich Skates At 7 Am. The Effective Clean -Up (Fully Tidy And Free) Of The Municipal Park Must Be Completed At The Latest On The Thursday Following The Closure Of Kontich Skates At 2 Pm. At That Time A Joint Site Check Is Taking Place. The Autonomous Municipal Company Kontich Is Looking For A Supplier For This Who Is Responsible For The Installation, Demolition And Maintenance Of Kontich Skates. Kontich Skates Comprises: • An Ice Rink With A Total Surface Area Of At Least 450M². • A Terrace Of A Minimum Of 3M Width And 10M Length That Looks Out On The Skating Rink And Borders The Roof For The Pop Up Winter Bar. • A Skating Rental Chalet Of At Least 12M X 5M • A Roof For The Skating Rink With Floor On Which The Skating Rink Can Be Leveled. • A Roof For The Pop-Up Winter Bar With Floor And Heating • A Melt Container To Melt Ice Scraping • Technical Room With Cooling Installation And Accessories • Two Wooden Events Chalets (Christmas Market Chalets) • The Possibility To Place A Christmas Tree Or Similar Structure In The Middle Of The Ice Rink On A Platform. The Platform Is Provided By The Tenderer. • Various Winter Atmospheric Elements • Skating, Skating Aids And Accessories • A Planting Plan Of The Site Completely On Scale
