For The Implementation Of The Envisaged Construction Works, An Investment Project Has Been Prepared In The Technical Phase, According To The Following Projects Parts: Transport With Wobd And Od, Structures, Architecture, Electric, Sewerage, Geodesy, Geology, Pb And Pbz. According To Art. Art. 137, Para 1, Item 3, B. A And B. B Of The Spa, The Construction Is Qualified In The Third Category. The Public Procurement Is Related To The Implementation Of Construction Supervision Within The Meaning Of The Spatial Planning Act (Zut). In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, The Selected Contractor Must Carry Out Construction Supervision In Accordance With Art. 168 Of The Spa. The Contractor Exercising Construction Supervision Will Be Responsible For The Lawful Initiation Of Construction And Assembly Activities, The Completeness And Proper Preparation Of The Acts And Protocols During The Construction, The Implementation Of The Construction Works In Accordance With The Approved Investment Project, The Compliance With The Conditions For The Safety Of Labor, The Suitability Of The Construction For Commissioning. It Will Sign All Acts And Protocols During The Construction, In Accordance With Ordinance No. 3 On The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction. Upon Completion Of The Construction Works, The Consultant Exercising Construction Supervision Will Prepare A Final Report To The Contracting Authority - Troyan Municipality. It Will Also Exercise The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator Of The Site In The Period From The Certification Of The Order Book To The Signing Of A Findings Form Form 15 (Without Remarks) For The Site And Will Draw Up A Technical Passport Of The Construction. The Contractor Should: - Carry Out Construction Supervision During Construction Within The Mandatory Scope, Regulated In The Spatial Planning Act And The By -Laws For Its Implementation, To Ensure The Lawful Implementation Of Construction Works; - Prepare A Final Report In Accordance With Article 168, Paragraph 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act For Issuing A Permit For Use Of The Site, Including Preparation Of The Technical Passport Of The Construction, Subject To Intervention, In Accordance With Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Works; - Exercises The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator Of The Site For The Stage Of Construction According To Article 5, Paragraph 3 Of Ordinance No. 2/2004 For Minimum Requirements For Health And Safe Working Conditions During The Construction Works, During The Period From The Order Of The Order To The Signing Of The State Act.
