Tenders are invited for Procurement of Creative design service for World Vision International in Iraq on Long Term Agreement Basis. Pre-qualification documents: 1. A certified copy of a certificate of business registration, certificate of incorporation, business license or similar document 2. A certified copy of tax registration, tax clearance certificates or similar documents 3. Information on ownership structure (Name of directors of the company / Owner) 4. Sign WV supplier code of conduct and safeguarding behaviour protocol (as per attached template) 5. Vendor Registration Form and supplier questionnaire (as per attached template). 6. Company Profile: indicating all contact names, bank details, list of clients with whom company has provided similar services. Failure to submit all above mentioned documents might lead to disqualification of the Bidder. Technical Qualification requirements Degree in Graphic design or relevant experience in graphic design demonstrated through a portfolio. Experience in developing creative design materials Ability to produce high quality designed materials on tight deadlines Experience working with NGOs Excellent planning and organizational skills Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment Willingness and flexibility to receive feedback Access to high quality and latest software for the production of design materials such as adobe creative suite.
