Tenders Are Invited For Supporting EbidS Gender Policy Development, Institutional Diversity Programming, And Environmental & Social Capacity Building Ii. Scope Of Work The Consultant Will Be Responsible For The Following Tasks: A. Gender Policy And Strategy Development Conduct A Gender Audit Of EbidS Practices And Projects. Develop A Comprehensive Gender Policy And Action Plan. B. Institutional Diversity And Inclusion Programs Recommend Internal Programs To Enhance Recruitment, Retention, Promotion, And Leadership Equity. Develop Internal Seah Response Mechanisms. C. E&S And Seah/Gbv Training And Capacity Building Deliver Training On: O Seah/Gbv Grievance Procedures O Cumulative/Transboundary E&S Risk Assessment O Indigenous Peoples And Gender Equality Prepare Training Materials, Checklists, And Evaluation Tools. Issue Certificates To Participants. D. Tools And Frameworks Gender Mainstreaming Toolkit Seah Risk Screening Checklists E&S Monitoring Templates M&E Dashboard With Kpis And Accountability Structures. Iii. Coordination The Consultancy Firm Will Work Closely With The Environment And Sustainable Development Unit (Esdu) And The Human Resources Division (Hrd) For The Success Of The Planned Operations And Will Report Regularly To The Director Of Administration And Corporate Services (Dasg), While Providing Weekly Updates On The Progress Of The Work. All Reports Will Be Submitted In English Or French. Iv. Qualifications And Skills Required The Consultant Firm Must Demonstrate A Minimum Of Ten (10) Years Of Experience In Conducting Similar Missions Related To Specialized Training And Capacity Building In Esa, Including Areas Such As Cumulative Risk Assessment, Management Of Cross-Border Impacts And Risks Of Projects And Programs, Gender Equality, And The Prevention And Management Of Seah And Gbv. The Firm Should Also Have A Proven Track Record Of Supporting Development Finance Institutions (Dfis) In Staff Skills Development And Continuous Improvement Initiatives. The Firm Must Be Duly Accredited To Provide Such Training, With Supporting Evidence. Specific Experiences Must Be Substantiated By Certified Certificates Of Good Performance (Cogp) Issued By The Project Sponsors Of Completed Assignments. In Addition, The Consultant FirmS Team Of Experts Must Each Possess: A Minimum Of Ten (10) Years Of Professional Experience In Similar Projects; Proven Expertise In The Design And Delivery Of Environmental And Social (E&S) Training Programs; Demonstrated Capacity To Develop World-Class Environmental And Social (E&S) And Gender Policies Aligned With International Best Practices; Strong Communication Skills And Group Facilitation Abilities; A Minimum Of A MasterS Degree (Bac+5) In Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences, Or Any Other Related Field. The Team Composition Must Include At Least: - A Senior Environmental Expert ; - An Expert Sociologist ; - A Gender Expert Or Specialist ; - An Expert In Sustainable Development ; - Any Other Profile Deemed Useful.
