The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) And The Subject Of Receipt - Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation (Construction, Technical, Executive, Stwior, Grasslands, Cost Estimates) Together With Obtaining All The Final Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction Works For The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Crossing At The Miniatura Theater; 2) Ii Subject Of Receipt - Execution Of Construction Works For The Investment Task Gdańsk Public Transport Project Stage Va - Construction Of The Gdańsk South Wrzeszcz Tram Line; 3) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Works Based On The Project Documentation Made By The Contractor. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Obtain Permission To Use Building Objects, And If Necessary, A Certificate Of Lack Of Objection To The Intention To Proceed With The Use Of Facilities Arising As A Result Of The Implementation Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Contract And The Terms Of The Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Constituting Annex 8 To Swz And The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu) Constituting Annex 4 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
