Tenders are invited for Conserving and Restoring Cambodias Coastal Blue Carbon Habitats: Policy & Finance Analysis and Stakeholder Mapping Consultancy Bidder Eligibility Offeror requirements: The below listed criteria represent the minimum requirements for all offerors responding to the RFP o Minimum bachelors or masters level education in the environmental sector, with preference for education and work experience in nature-based solutions, marine and coastal resource management, blue carbon habitats, climate change adaptation, or a related discipline. o Excellent knowledge of coastal blue carbon ecosystems. o Excellent understanding of international and Cambodian climate and coastal policies and the latest developments in relation to article 6 of the Paris Agreement. o Proven experience building capacities of national governments and other stakeholders around climate policy/blue carbon or international environmental policy. o Excellent written skills in English and Khmer. o Experience working in Cambodia or the Asia-Pacific region.
