In the event that the construction company, construction contractor, or craft enterprise participating in the bid is found to be an affiliated company or the same owner, the bid will be automatically rejected. Interested construction companies, contractors, and craft enterprises are requested to contact Action for Education in Cambodia for information on bidding and preparation of supporting documents to confirm the qualifications of bidders from June 16, 2025 until June 23, 2025 at 5:00 PM, by email (with attached email address) and copy (CC) to all relevant parties. Cambodia Education Action (KEPA) is organizing an orientation meeting on the procedure for filling out the quotation documents for bidding online (Zoom Meet) to be held on June 24, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. Note : · After the orientation meeting, all construction companies, construction contractors, and craft enterprises must prepare and submit completed bidding documents to the Administrative Division, Sub-Office (New Generation Schools), Action for Education in Cambodia, located on the premises of Preah Sisowath High School, Phnom Penh. · The bid opening meeting will be held in person at the auditorium of Preah Sisowath High School, Phnom Penh (New Generation School). The date of the bid opening will be announced later. · All quotation documents and bid applications will be distributed only to construction companies, construction contractors, and craft enterprises that have attended the orientation meeting. · Action for Education in Cambodia will not be responsible for opening the bids if all construction companies, construction contractors, and craft enterprises that are absent are not invited to attend the instructions and orientation to help with the bidding process, such as: (layout samples, pictures, school locations, etc.). · All documents submitted will not be returned to our committee.
