The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of Selected Playgrounds In Nursing In Gdańsk As Part Of The Active Playgrounds Program 2025 - Task 2 Implemented In The Formula Design And Build. 2. The Task Is Provided For Co -Financing From The State Budget Under The Active Playgrounds Program 2025 As Part Of The Departmental Program Of The Ministry Of Family, Labor And Social Policy. 3. Part 1 - Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of Playgrounds In Nursery No. 2, 3 And 4 In Gdańsk: A) Implementation In The Formula Design And Build Renovation And Retrofitting Of A Playground Located In Nursery No. 2 Kasztanek At Ul. Piastowska 92A In Gdańsk, B) Implementation In The Formula Design And Build Renovation And Retrofitting Of A Playground Located In Nursery No. 3 Golden Fish At Ul. Chałubińskiego 20 In Gdańsk, C) Implementation In The Formula Design And Build Renovation And Retrofitting Of A Playground Located In Nursery No. 4 Nutka At Ul. Starta 3 In Gdańsk. The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) And The Subject Of Receipt: Execution Of Project Documentation With The Determination Of The Schedule Of Works Together With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements. 2) Ii Subject Of Receipt: Comprehensive Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On Approved Project Documentation Made As Part Of The First Subject Of Receipt. 3) The Subject Of Receipt Includes: Obtaining A Certificate From Inspection- Obtaining Control Certificate Of An Independent, Specialized External Control Unit Confirming The Compliance Of The Playground With Pn-En 1176 Or 1177.4 Standards) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of Project Documentation Being The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Perform These Works And Activities And Obtain The Necessary Permits At Its Own Expense And Efforts. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Contract And The Terms Of The Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting, Respectively, Annex 7.1.1, 7.1.2, 7.1.3 And Annex 7.2.1, 7.2.2 To Swz And Functional And Utility Programs, Constituting Annex 1 To Individual Opz. Other Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Constituting, Depending On The Part Of The Contract, Annex 8.1 And Annex 8.2 To Swz.
