The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of Selected Playgrounds At Nurseries In Gdańsk As Part Of The Active Playgrounds Program 2025 - Task 1 Implemented In The Formula Design And Build. 2. The Task Is Provided For Co -Financing From The State Budget Under The Active Playgrounds Program 2025 As Part Of The Departmental Program Of The Ministry Of Family, Labor And Social Policy. 3. Part 1 - Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of Playgrounds In Nursery No. 1.8 And 9 In Gdańsk: A) Implementation In The Formula Design And Build Renovation And Retrofitting Of A Playground Located In Nursery No. 1 Fraszka At Ul. Malczewskiego 33 In Gdańsk, B) Implementation In The Formula Design And Build Renovation And Retrofitting Of A Playground Located In Nursery No. 8 Bówka At Ul. Wide 15/17 In Gdańsk, C) Implementation In The Formula Design And Build Renovation And Retrofitting Of A Playground Located In Nursery No. 9 Guwiwer At Ul. Racławicka 8 In Gdańsk. Obtaining The Control Certificate Of Independent, Specialized Outdoor Control Unit, Confirming The Compliance Of The Playground With Pn-En 1176 Or 1177.4 Standards). Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of Project Documentation Being The Subject Of The Contract. Permits, The Contractor Will Perform These Works And Activities And Obtain The Necessary Permits At His Own Expense And Efforts. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Contract And The Terms Of The Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 7.1 And Functional And Utility Programs Constituting Annex 1 To Opz. Other Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Constituting Annex 8.1 To Swz.
