1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Early Fire Detection System And A Permanent Gas Fire Extinguishing System In Four Rooms With Electric Switchgears To Support Multimedia At A Permanent Exhibition. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of Permanent Gas Firefighting Equipment And Early Fire Detection Systems For Selected (Four) Separate Rooms In The Building Of The Museum Of The History Of Polish Jews In Warsaw Based On The Executive Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party, Which Consists Of: 1) Executive Design Of The Early Smoke Detection System (Descriptive And Graphic Part); 2) Executive Design Of A Permanent Fire Fighting Device 15 Bar Graphic); 3) Executive Design Of A Fixed Firefighting Device 25 Bar (Descriptive And Graphic Part); 4) Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works Of A Fixed Firefighting Device And An Early Smoke Detection System; 5) Information On Safety And Healthcare; 6) Pre -Measure - Construction Of An Early Smoke Detection System And Suggestion For 15 Bar And 25 Bar. Executive Detection, Containing The Above. The Study Consists Of Annex 1 To Swz. The Disposal Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Purchase And Delivery Of All Necessary Devices, Components, Operational And Assembly Parts As Well As Configuration (Control) Files And Uploading Them To Devices, Carrying Out Assembly And Other Adaptive Works, Integration Of Newly Made Devices With Existing Devices With Existing Devices With Fire Systems. In This Sap Headquarters, Performing Test Tests For Each Device Made As Well As Trials And Tests Confirming The Correctness Of Their Operation, Confirmed By The Protocol, Providing The Ordering By The Ordering As -Built Documentation, Containing, Among Others Agreed As-Built Projects, Technical And Movement Documentation And Other Related To The Operation Of The Supplied Devices, Copies Of Configuration Files, Responsible For Controlling The Installed Devices And Serving The Integration Of New Devices With Other Fire Protection Devices. In A Building In The Range That Is Required To Ensure Their Proper Operation, Operation And Effectiveness As A Fire Protection Device. After Launching All Devices Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Train No Later Than Within 7 Days. The Ordering Party, Not Later Than 7 Days After The End Of The Review. The Order Of The Order And The Warranty Period Are To Be Carried Out Up To 5 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Issue Of The Contract For The Subject Of The Contract Demands A Minimum Of 24 Months Of Warranty Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance. The Warranty Period Is A Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers. The Period Of The Warranty Granted By The Contractor For The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Equal To The Period Of The Warranty Awarded By The Contractor For The Entire Subject Of The Contract.
