1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Design Documentation Of The Victorius Main Building As Part Of The Task Entitled: Adaptation Of Victoriuss Villa At Armii Krajowej Ul. 21-25 In Grudziądz For The Needs Of The Józef Czapski High School Of Fine Arts In Grudziądz. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed Based On The Concept Of Development Of The Object Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: 1) Development Of A Construction Project Together With Bioz Information; 2) Development Of An Executive Project; 3) Developing A Technical Project; 4) Developing A Bill Of Quantities And An Investors Cost Estimate; 5) Developing Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Receipt Of Construction Works; 6) Obtaining As Part Of Remuneration Of All Data, Decisions, Permits, Arrangements Required By Separate Provisions, Which Will Be Necessary During The Works. Construction, Including Obtaining A Building Permit; 7) Obtaining The Required By Law The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Authorizing Construction Works At The Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments; 8) Exercising Authors Supervision According To The Principles Set Out In § 6 Of The Contract Template, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In Annex 2 To Swz - A Template Of The Contract And In Annex 5 To Swz - The Concept Of Development Of The Object. 5. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Perform A Local Vision Of The Object Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. Local Vision Can Only Be Made On Business Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday, But Not Later Than 2 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party In Writing About The Intention To Carry Out The Vision. Persons On The Part Of The Ordering Party Who Will Show The Object Are Not Authorized To Conduct Any Arrangements.
