1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Training Service - Theoretical And Practical Glider Training For 16 Pupils Of The Mechanical School Complex In Rzeszów According To The Training Program In Accordance With The Aviation Law And Executive Commission Regulation (Eu) 2018/1976 Of 14 December 2018, Together With Providing Participants Of The Training Of Accommodation, All -Day Food, Aircraft And Medical Examinations, Medical And Medical Inspections, Medical Examinations, Medical Examinations, Medical Examinations, Medical Examinations, Medical Examinations, Medical And Medical Insured, And Transport. The Contractor Conducting Practical Gliding Training Is Required To Have A Minimum Of 4 (Four) Gliders That Meet The Requirements Of Gliders Intended For Training, Including 2 (Two) Of The Same Type, Not Older Than 30 (Thirty) Years. Each Glider Used For Training Must Be Managed For Constant Flight Fitness In An Organization In Accordance With The Requirements Of Part-Camo Or Part-Cao. Size/Range: 16 People-Broken Into Two Training Groups By Minimum 8 People. Duration For One Training Group: Theoretical Training - 65 Lesson Hours For 45 Minutes, Maximum 8 Hours A Day (It Is Allowed To Implement No More Than 50 % Of Theoretical Classes In The Form Of Digital Platforms) And Practical Training - 60 Flights, Including 52 Flights With An Instructor And 8 Independent Flights. Theoretical Training Should Be Conducted At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party - Mechanical School Complex In Rzeszów, Ul. Hetmańska 45 A - The Classroom Will Be Lent Free Of Charge. Practical Classes Will Take Place At The Airport Indicated By The Contractor. The Contractor Will Provide Each Participant: - Aviation And Medical Examinations - Training Materials - Accommodation And Full -Day Food - Nnw Insurance - Transport - Certificate Of Completion Of Training2.
