The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In Maintaining In Constant Patency, Systematic Cleaning, Operation Of Networks And Storm Water Drainage Equipment In Municipal And Internal Roads In The Possession Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw Located In The Ursynów District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Together With The Loading And Export Of Waste, I.E. Rainwater Channels, Street Inlets With The Opening Of The Sewage (Connections), Inspection Wells And Absorbent Wells, And Constant Supervision Over The Work Of Rainwater Pumping Stations. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: 1) Designed Provisions Of The Contract Together With The Attachments Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.3) Malicine Of Works (Price Form) Constituting Annex 1 To Swz; 6.1. The Obligations Arising From The Social Clause Provides For The Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Contract In The Scope Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Of Persons, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, Which Were Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract - Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.
