1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Specialist Sensory Integration Therapy Service As Part Of The Si Therapist In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Podlasie Academy Of Family And Foster Care Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, Under The European Funds Program For Podlasie 2021-2027, Priority Viii Funds For Education And Social Inclusion, Actions 8.5 Strengthening Active Social Integration. Specialist Service For Sensory Integration Will Be Provided As Part Of The Si. Employed At The Podlasie Consultation And Diagnostic Center In Bialystok (Pckd). A Person Directed To Perform The Service Should Have Adequate Substantive Preparation, Experience And Knowledge Required In A Given Position. The Goal Of Pckd Is To Diagnose And Work On Disorders And Dysfunctions Of Children And Adolescents, Including Disability, Foster Families, Adoption Families, And Adopted For Adoption And Staying In 24 -Hour Care Institutions From The Podlasie Voivodeship. Foster And Adoptive Parents, Candidates For Foster Parents, As Well As Persons Serving As A Supporting And Aid Family Will Also Be Covered By The Pckd.
