1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Computer Equipment For The Needs Of The Komorniki Commune Office. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New, Unpaid At Exhibitions, Complete And Technically Efficient. The Factory New Statement Should Be Understood As The Subject Of The Order, Originally Packed, Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Of Its Correct Work After Production. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties. 4. The Delivered Subject Of The Contract Must Come From The Distribution Channel Of The Manufacturer Not Excluding Distribution To The Polish Market And Ensuring The Implementation Of Warranty Rights. 5. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered Along With The Operating Instructions, Drivers And Possible Accompanying Software Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Subject Of The Contract (Obtaining Full Functionality). The Contracting Authority Will Not Be Obliged To Pay Any Additional Amounts, In Particular License Fees, While Any Licenses Will Be Granted As Part Of The Contractors Remuneration, Without Time And Territorial Restrictions. 6. After Delivering To The Headquarters Of The Employer, The Equipment Should Be Ready For Correct, Trouble -Free Operation In The Scope Of All Components And Functions, As Described By These Elements In Annex 1A (For Part I) And 1B (For Part Ii) To The Contract. It Is Unacceptable That To Ensure The Proper Operation Of Equipment And Teaching Aid, It Is Necessary To Install Additional Elements (Devices), Software, At A Later Time, Especially For An Additional Fee (Does Not Apply To Consumable Materials). 7. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Intended For Power Supply From The Power Grid Must Be Equipped With The Appropriate Number Of Power Cables Allowing It To Be Connected To Standard Power Sockets. 8. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Adapted For Use Using Network Voltage In Poland. 9. The Offered Subject Of The Contract On The Day Of The Offer Cannot Be Provided By The Manufacturer To Withdraw From Production Or Sales. 10. The Order Has Been Divided Into Two Parts. Partial Offers Are Allowed. 11. Subject Of The Contract: Part I Of The Order Includes The Delivery:- Laptop 17 - 1 Item,- 15.6 Laptops- 7 Pcs,- Aio Computers- 2 Items, Detailed Requirements That The Above Devices Should Meet Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract- Part I, Annex No. 1A To The Contract. 12.
