1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Trading To The Municipal Department Of Housing Economy In Katowice. The Scope Of Services Includes The Reception, Sorting, Movement And Delivery Of Registered Letter Shipments, Unregistered Letter Shipments, Postal Parcels, Reimbursement Of Underpired Parcels, Confirmation Of Receipt Within The Meaning Of The Postal Law Of November 23, 2012 (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025 Item 366) In The Quantities Provided For In The Offer Form And Includes A Service Consisting In By The Contractors Representative In Order To Send In A Transmitting Institution. The Delivery Service For Sending Will Be Implemented 5 Times A Week For The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party And 2 Times A Week And On The First Business Days Of The Month Specified In The Contract For The Other Headquarters Of The Ordering Party. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Principles Of Its Implementation Is Included In Annex 3 To Swz - Planned Provisions Of The Contract With Attachments. 3.
