The Offered Cleaning Products Must Be New, Free From Defects Enabling Their Use As Intended, With The Expiry Date (Usefulness) At Least 12 Months, Calculated From The Date Of Their Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, I.E. Detacts Of Cleaning Agents Being The Subject Of This Order Will Take Place On Business Days From Monday To Friday, Non-Friday, Non-Sorting Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays From 8:00 To 15:00. The Place Of Delivery Will Be The Employers Warehouse Located At Ul. Zalesie 1, Gostynin, Code: 09-500. By Delivery Of Cleaning Agents, The Ordering Party Understands The Delivery Of The Subject Of This Order Along With Its Bringing To The Warehouse Referred To In The Previous Sentence. Deliveries Of Cleaning Agents For Packages No. 1 - 8 Being Annex 1A To This Swz Will Take Place According To The Needs Of The Employer, But Not More Often Than 1 Once A Month By The 3Rd Day Of Each Calendar Month, With The Proviso That The Parties Allow The Possibility Of Placing An Additional Order.
