The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Factory New, Unused, Complete Devices With The Date Of Production In Accordance With Sopz, Referred To In Para. 4 .4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz), Including The Required Minimum Technical Parameters Of The Devices Is Set Out In Annex 6 To Swz.5.
