The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Determination Of A Contractor For The Preparation Of A Complex Conformity Assessment Report With The Basic Requirements For The Construction And Technical Control Under The Part Structural And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Site: Permanent Reimbursement Of The Reinforcement Facility Of The Republican Road I-1 / E79 / Botevgrad-Sofia, In Sofia, The Public Procurement Is To Be Determined The Contractor Of The Consulting Service (Construction Supervision), In Connection With The Design And Construction (Engineering), By Drawing Up A Complex Report On Conformity Assessment With The Basic Requirements For Construction And Technical Control Under The Structural Part, And The Construction Supervision Is Exercised. In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements And Compliance With The Agreed Deadlines. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes A Description Of The Contract Activities As Follows: A) Stage I - Preparation Of A Comprehensive Report On The Conformity Assessment Of The Investment Project (Technical Project) With The Basic Requirements For The Construction And Technical Control Of The Part Constructive Of The Project Development; (B) Stage Ii - Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Spatial Planning Act (Zut) And The By -Laws; C) Stage Iii - Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Elimination Of Defects During The Warranty Periods In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003 For The Commissioning Of The Construction Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites; (D) All Other Obligations Necessary For The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Specified In The Public Procurement Documentation And Its Annexes, As Well As Those Specified In The Design And Construction Contract (Engineering) And Legal Provisions. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes A Description Of The Contract Activities, In Accordance With The Requirements For The Implementation Of A Consulting Service (Annex 1), Annex To The Public Procurement Document.
