The Work Includes Selective Demolition, Construction Of New Interior Drywall Partitions, Installation Of New Flooring Throughout, Painting, And Application Of New Wall Tile Finishes. Additional Components Include New Millwork At Le Café, Interior Glazing And Mirrors, Minor Hvac Modifications, Installation Of A New Water Bottle Fill Station, Reconfiguration And Installation Of Power And Data Outlets, And Minor Lighting Upgrades.
