The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes Activities For The Delivery Of Car Lights And Consumables For Them. All Activities, As Well As The Full Description Of The Required Car Luminaries And Consumables For Them, Are Detailed In The Technical Specification (Annex No. 1), An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. Public Procurement With The Subject Delivery Of Automotive Luminaires, Consumables For Them And Bulbs Of 2 Separate Positions, With An Estimated Value Of The Contract Up To Bgn 450,000.00 (Four Hundred And Fifty Thousand) Bgn Without Vat, Consists Of Two Lots: Lot 1: Lot 2: Delivery Of Car Bulbs Worth Up To Bgn 50,000.00 (Pettyan Thousand) Bgn Excluding Vat. For The Purposes Of This Contract, The Contracting Authority Will Only Award The Lot 1: Delivery Of Car Lights And Consumables For Them Worth Up To Bgn 400,000.00 (Four Hundred Thousand) Bgn Excluding Vat. The Procedure Is Initiated On The Grounds Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Ppa In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 1, Item 3, Letter B - Through An Open Procedure Under The Terms And Conditions Of Art. 133, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act And According To Pppop. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, Contracting Authorities May Assign Separate Positions In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of Them. When Awarding Public Procurement With Separate Positions, The Contracting Authority May Apply The Legal Norm Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, According To Which “The Contracting Authorities May Assign Separate Positions In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Loting Position Does Not Exceed Bgn 156 464 For Supplies And Services And Bgn 1 000 000 For Construction, And The Total Estimated Value Of The Ereate Positions, Not Awarded In This Manner, Awarded In This Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In Accordance With The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Whole Order. By Taking Advantage Of The Legal Possibility Provided To Him Under Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Will Award A Public Procurement For A Lot 2 “Delivery Of Car Bulbs”, With An Estimated Value Of Up To Bgn 50,000 (Fifty Thousand) Bgn Excluding Vat, By Direct Award In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act In Connection With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act. In The Present Case, 20 % Of The Value Of The Contract Constitutes The Sum Of Bgn 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) Excluding Vat, That Is, The Estimated Value Of A Lot 2 In The Amount Up To Bgn 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) Without Vat Does Not Exceed 20 % Of The Total Value Of The Order.
